We have restored your activations to the original number and there is nocharge for additional activations.
When you purchase a downloadable product from Trymedia Games or one of our partners, you can use the software for as long as you like. You alsoreceive an Activation Code and three to five license renewals for your product. These renewals allow you to reinstall your product if you reformat your computer or want to install it on a second or new computer. We can adjust the number of renewals remaining as long as youare not sharing your Activation Code with other users and the purchase has not been refunded.
In order to activate your product, we recommend that you copy and paste your 32-character code. Pasting the code is usually easier and more successful than typing it.
To copy, go to your email receipt or order history, select the Activation Code text with your mouse, and press CTRL+C. To paste, click the text box you are pasting to and press CTRL+V. You should now see your code entered into the box. The right-click paste function does not work in the ActiveMARK window, so be sure to use the keyboard shortcut.
